Balancing tradition & modern design
Glykovia is a modern version of a Mani village, as we imagined it — a small cluster of five modern farmhouses, gathered around a living farm. Stone, wood, light; swimming pools and open sea views; and a garden that truly gives. Tradition and modern design, in balance.
Time flows more slowly here. In the morning, at the door of each house, a basket from our farm awaits you — oil, honey, eggs, jams, herbs, vegetables, whatever the day has provided. A little further on, the goats, the beehives and the donkey; further down, the locals who keep this place alive and are happy to share a chat or a recipe. Slow living and farm-to-table are not slogans here; they are the natural rhythm of the place, which we have kept intact.

Pure & gentle
What we offer is not a room with a view. It is a true relationship with Mani—with the sea and the mountain, the stone and the animals, the herbs, the olive grove and its people.

Peaceful & luscious
Slow living experience
The main lodge has been opened up to create a greater sense of flow and access to views of the Sand River and beyond. While the existing chunky, rounded Adobe architecture remains – it is now beautifully combined with lightweight canvas and timber, giving a modern take on the classic safari lodge look and feel.
